Vote now! 2014 PUG Steering Committee elections!

When we put out the call for nominations during the first half of May, we were pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount of interest!  Based on the application forms and our group knowledge of the candidates, the committee whittled down the list to a maximum of 12 (according to PUG policy) to put forward for election.

The election is to vote candidates to the Steering Committee general body.  Successful candidates will then have the chance to select open positions at the annual planning meeting in June.  Each candidate will serve for two years before going up for re-election by the community.  They will participate in monthly meetings (in person or by conference call) and put time in to our work and projects each month.

Here is where you come in.  When you follow the link, you will be voting for a minimum of 3 candidates and a maximum of 7 (out of 12 potential candidates).  You may only cast your ballot once, so choose carefully!

You have until 11:59 pm on Friday, May 30th to vote!

Please click here to vote!

Good luck to all the candidates!  (Which, ironically, includes myself!)

Andrea Le Pard, PUG Chairman

The PUG would like to thank our sponsors for their support: Blueback Reservoir, BP, Coler & Colantonio (a CHA company), Esri, Exprodat, GeoPropel, Landworks, Logic Solutions Group, Schlumberger, TeachMeGIS and Trimble.
